Dear Olly We enjoyed our stay in Malta very much and we found the Maltese people nice and friendly particularly in the south of the island where Marsascala is situated. The apartment was absolutely lovely and fitted out with everything you could ever need including the beautiful kitchen. Hi Olly We had a wonderful holiday and the weather was sunny for the duration of our stay, not a drop of rain. Hi Olly We had a lovely time, weather was brill and it was so close to where Daryl's mum lives so that was handy. The apartment was lovely and comfortable, loved it loads hope to look at coming back next year. Hi there Olly we had a lovely holiday and the apartment was beautiful - and just a couple of roads away from my dad which was really handy! We had very hot weather and spent a day at Popeye Village (a very strange but fun place!) and went to Sliema which was lovely. We also have family who live in Sliema so it was nice to see everyone again. We also used the lovely little beach at St Thomas' bay which is really good for families as it is so small you can keep an eye on the children and we had the beach to ourselves most of the time. We ate out in M'cala in the evenings and everyone was welcoming to the children - especially the chinese at the bottom of the hill who couldn't be more helpful! We loved the apartment and Rose's husband met us there to let us in. Your daughter came over to lend us the travel cot and they were all very helpful and friendly. Thomas loved the space in the apartment and enjoyed walking around up and down the corridoor! We thought the visitors book was such a good idea and it was very interesting to read what other people did while they were staying there. Even though we have a lot of family in Malta it was good to have our own space to relax and enjoy - we loved the apartment and will be sure to return again! Hi Olly We had a wonderful holiday, weather was brilliant sunshine everyday. I would get up and sit on the balcony at 7-00am and the sun would be there it never let me down. The accommodation is a credit to you such comfort, very clean, and everything any one would need was in that apartment. It was like home from home. Hi Olly Just to say your apartment was fantastic we all agreed that it is the best apartment we have stopped in to date. Our Holiday was fantastic a bit to warm for me but the others did not seam to mind. Hi Olly Yes, we all had a lovely holiday & your apartment was everything we'd hoped for - cool, clean, well equipped & modern. The weather was great, very hot - thank goodness for air conditioning. I knew Malta was a small island, but it wasn't until we got there that I realised how close everything was to each other. We had a hire car and made the most of it by doing lots of sightseeing during the day and going to eat out at night. The firework displays and celebrations over the weekends in the different towns & villages were fantastic, I've never seen such a display. I'm so glad we went when we did, but next time we visit, it will be earlier or later in the year when it's not quite so hot - we are used to living in Scotland after all! I think your Visitor's Book is a great idea & we did fill in a bit about our time with you & the things to do/places to eat around Marsascala, so hopefully this will help others have as good a time as we did. Regarding the deposit cheque - please just destroy it for me, thanks. Thank you so much for being so helpful with everything and I wish you all the best for the future. Hi Len & Olly, We had a fantastic week in Malta. The apartment was fabulous and all the other members of our family was envious!! We chose a great time to go, as the weather was excellent, not a drop of rain or cloud. The children all loved the park and that's where we spent most of our time. We will hopefully be going back next year and will definitely want to stay in your apartment. The stairs were a tiny issue but the apartment itself more than made up for it. Dear Olly & Len We had a lovely time in Malta. We had hired a car, and I don't think that there was a road that we did not drive on (small island!). The apartment was great and just as good as all the pictures. Well furnished, clean and huge. We enjoy cooking so we had a few good meals around the table. Particularly the fresh fish from the market. The location was perfect. I am so glad that we did not go for anywhere near Sliema, it would have been too busy. We had some lovely walks along the coast around the point and made friends with lots of lovely fat ginger cats. So all in all, a good holiday in a lovely apartment in a nice little town.
